1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the taya712 website, creating an account, or using any game or service available on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the taya712 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and taya712 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

taya712 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a taya712 account. This requirement is in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gambling in the Philippines. taya712 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately closed, and all funds on the account will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The taya712 Platform is operated for and primarily targeted at users located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using taya712 is lawful in your jurisdiction. taya712 does not accept registrations from, or permit access by, users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open a taya712 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document;
• A valid Philippine mobile number or email address;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• Any additional information reasonably requested by taya712 for KYC compliance purposes.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete, and you agree to update your information promptly if it changes. taya712 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend or close your account if verification fails or if false information is discovered.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) taya712 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether alone or in combination with other persons, is strictly prohibited. taya712 may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting and payment method analysis. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and balances forfeited.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya712 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. taya712 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify taya712 immediately at [email protected].

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, taya712 will require you to complete KYC identity verification. This involves submitting a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or PRC ID) and a current selfie photograph. taya712 may also request supporting documents, such as proof of address or source of funds, at its reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the time requested will result in suspension of withdrawal capability until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your taya712 account at any time by contacting customer support. taya712 reserves the right to close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or abusive activity; reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal conduct; failure to pass KYC verification; or account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months with a zero balance.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. taya712 may levy a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing the account holder with prior written notice. The fee will not exceed the remaining balance of the account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

taya712 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. taya712 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

All deposited funds are credited in Philippine Peso (₱) to your taya712 wallet. taya712 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after KYC verification has been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one to four (1–4) hours on banking days.

taya712 reserves the right to impose enhanced review procedures for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. taya712 may request supporting documentation regarding the source of funds for large transactions.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on taya712 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). taya712 does not currently support foreign currency deposits or withdrawals.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by taya712 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Players should review the terms of each specific promotion before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your taya712 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must not be used to place bets that reduce your expected loss. Bets placed on games excluded from a promotion's wagering contribution will not count toward the requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

taya712 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts; placing low-risk bet patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; using promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour. Any player found to be abusing bonuses may have their account suspended, bonus funds voided, and winnings derived from bonus abuse forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to the account. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the account balance at the end of the applicable period.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on taya712 are subject to the game-specific rules published within each game or betting market on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules. taya712 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, due to technical failure, or in breach of applicable game rules.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on taya712 cover events including but not limited to PBA, UAAP, NBA, UFC, international football, and e-sports. Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is accepted. Bets accepted after an event has commenced ("in-play" or "live" bets) are governed by the live betting rules displayed at the time of placement. taya712 reserves the right to suspend markets, limit bet sizes, or void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error or irregular betting patterns.

7.3 Casino Games

All live casino games and RNG-based table games on taya712 use certified game engines. Slot game RTP percentages are published in the game information section of each title. Results of all games are final once a round has been officially resolved. Any technical malfunction that interrupts a game round will be investigated, and where possible, the round will be resolved based on the available game state; otherwise the bet will be voided and funds returned.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets on taya712. These limits are displayed within each game or market. taya712 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players at its discretion, including reducing maximum bet limits for players identified as professional or advantage gamblers.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya712 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to defraud taya712 or other players through any means, including but not limited to chargebacks, collusion, or exploitation of software errors;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or other software that provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account;
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technology;
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of corrupt gaming conduct;
• Publishing, transmitting, or storing content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or harmful to taya712 or its users.

9 Responsible Gaming

taya712 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Filipino player base. Online gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, and not a means of resolving financial difficulties.

9.1 Player Protection Tools

taya712 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your taya712 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive periodic notifications of how long you have been playing in a single session.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya712 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of taya712 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content or software on the taya712 Platform without prior written authorisation from taya712.

The taya712 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of taya712. Unauthorised use of any taya712 trademark is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya712 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond taya712's control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any error, delay, or omission in the processing of bets or transactions;
• Loss of data resulting from technical incidents.

taya712 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits taya712's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

taya712's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the taya712 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.

By registering a taya712 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

taya712 complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) with respect to the handling of personal data of Philippine residents.

13 Amendments to These Terms

taya712 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be provided through one or more of the following methods: email notification to your registered address, a notice displayed on the taya712 homepage, or a notice displayed upon your next login to the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the taya712 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the taya712 Platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting taya712 customer support. taya712 will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.

For matters related to online gaming regulation, disputes may also be escalated to PAGCOR through its prescribed complaint resolution channels.
